My products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Typically orders are produced within 2-5 business days of purchase.

Custom Illustrations are typically 7-10 business days for development, but always confirmed prior to starting a project. 

 

Shipping Policy

 

Estimated shipping delivery times:

 

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

 

International shipping:

 

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

 

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

Order never arrived:

 

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let me know! Once the item leaves the warehouse, it's at the carrier's control - typically all issues need to be disputed with the carrier directly. Please also note, that shipping delays can occur due to the carrier, local happenings or weather.

 First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

 If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at

bridget@handsomegirldesigns.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

My package was stolen or is missing.

 

Unfortunately I cannot replace packages that are marked as delivered - this is a carrier dispute.

 

Returns policy

 

Damaged items:

 The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch within a week's time of receiving your item. I'm always happy to replace damaged items.

 

Wrong size:

 If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

 

Custom Illustrations and Products:

All custom items are at your approval, I never produce anything with art that you did not sign off on. If you have given approval and now unhappy with your illustration, unfortunately you'll have to place a new order. If you don't give approval on a custom illustration, I am always happy to cancel and refund the commission. However, please be aware that rejected art is typically edited to remove any personal attributes and reused for content.
